We add diced red onion and grape tomatoes marinated in Himalayan sea salt, pepper, roasted garlic, and Italian olive oil. Then Local Brick Street Farms Hydroponic Microgreens are added on top. Balsamic glaze from Modena, Italy is added to the top as well.

As you can see we’re trying to make this dish as locally sourced as possible. Brick Street Farms, Gulf Coast Sourdough and Kara Lynn’s kitchen where we get our GF bread from are all Tampa Bay Area Companies. This Gluten Free bread is going to be the best gluten free bread you have ever had. The bread is very moist, not like other gluten free breads. The bread is not sliced until you put in your order. We toast the bread in a convection oven that is gluten friendly for about 2 min and 40 seconds before the avocado is spread. We do not use microwave technology to warm up our food. Only the best of convection technology via an Alto Shaam oven. The bread is the key to this dish, made with arrowroot, sea salt, sprouted golden flax seed, sprouted psyllium husk and apple cider vinegar. The bread does not contain lactose or dairy. Our Cold brew is Fair Trade Organically certified, bold yet balanced cold brew, steeped in reverse osmosis water for up to 20 hours. All of our cold brew beans are roasted in our shop. Ours is not nitro cold brew. Our cold brew is always made fresh. It has a bright, clean taste that preserves and highlights the delicate flavor profiles of specialty coffee while removing the bitter acids and fatty oils. There are no off-flavors (papery, metallic, muddy, etc) associated with other cold processes. - Maple Cinny Latte (16 oz)$8.25 • 100% (81)Single origin double espresso and oat milk. All of our coldbrew beans are roasted in our shop. All the coldbrew is also brewed in our shop to preserve perfection. The brew you drink is often made within the last 36 hours and roasted within the last 15 days. Our brew is not a nitro coldbrew. The caffeine content is about 60% stronger than a double espresso. It has a bright, clean taste that preserves and highlights the delicate flavor profiles of specialty coffee while removing the bitter acids and fatty oils. There are no off-flavors (papery, metallic, muddy, etc) associated with other processes. The secret to our coldbrew is the water. Paradeco has an 80-gallon reverse osmosis water filtration system that strips any harmful particles from the water.
